Auxo Systems is committed to protecting the personal information it collects, in accordance with Quebec's Law 25 (An Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information).

The person responsible for the protection of personal information at Auxo Systems is reachable by email at info@auxosystems.ca for any question about this policy or the exercise of your rights.
Information we collect
We collect only the personal information you voluntarily provide: your name, your email and, where applicable, your phone number and company name, when you use our contact form or subscribe to our newsletter. When you request an OSIRIS report, we collect your email and the address of the site you submit for analysis, along with a truncated IP prefix (the last digits are removed) and your browser, solely to limit abuse. We never keep your full IP address.
Purposes of collection
This information is used solely to respond to your request, to follow up on a possible engagement and, if you have consented, to send you our newsletter. The email you provide for an OSIRIS report is used first to deliver that report. It is used for commercial outreach only if you ticked the separate box provided for that purpose: delivering the report and contacting you commercially are two distinct purposes, and the second requires its own consent. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Consent
Your consent is collected explicitly, through a checkbox that is never pre-checked, before any collection. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Retention period
Information submitted through the contact form is kept for 24 months, then securely destroyed. Data tied to an OSIRIS report request follows the same 24-month period. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do in one click at any time. You may request deletion of your information before these deadlines by writing to us.
Transfer of information outside Quebec
Our site relies on providers located in the United States: Vercel Inc. (hosting and application routing) and Resend Inc. (transactional email and newsletter). OSIRIS report requests are stored with Supabase in its Canadian region (ca-central-1): that data stays in Canada. The technical analysis itself is run by our OSIRIS scanner, hosted with Vercel. Your information may therefore be processed or stored outside Quebec. We have carried out a privacy impact assessment (PIA) and selected these providers for their data-protection safeguards. We do not claim that your data stays exclusively within Quebec.
Your rights
Under Law 25, you have a right of access, rectification and deletion of your personal information, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to the privacy officer at info@auxosystems.ca.
Complaints and recourse
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may first file a complaint with the privacy officer at info@auxosystems.ca. You also have recourse to Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information, which can receive and review your complaint.
Cookies
We use only cookies essential to the site's operation, such as remembering your language and your consent choice. No analytics or advertising cookies are enabled. A banner nonetheless lets you manage your preferences.
Privacy incident
In the event of a privacy incident presenting a risk of serious harm, Auxo Systems will take reasonable measures to reduce its effects and will inform you, as well as the Commission d'accès à l'information, in accordance with section 3.5 of Law 25. Any incident can be reported to us at info@auxosystems.ca.
Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
