Auxo Systems is committed to protecting the personal information it collects, in accordance with Quebec's Law 25 (An Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information).
The person responsible for the protection of personal information at Auxo Systems can be reached at info@auxosystems.ca for any question about this policy or the exercise of your rights.
We collect only the personal information you voluntarily provide: your name, your email and, where applicable, your phone number and company name, when you use our contact form.
This information is used solely to respond to your request and to follow up on a possible engagement. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Your consent is collected explicitly, through a checkbox that is never pre-checked, before any collection. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
Information submitted through the contact form is kept for 24 months, then securely destroyed.
Our site relies on providers located in the United States: Vercel Inc. (hosting and application routing) and Resend Inc. (transactional email). Your information may therefore be processed or stored outside Quebec. We have carried out a privacy impact assessment (PIA) and selected these providers for their data-protection safeguards. We do not claim that your data stays exclusively within Quebec.
The Contact page displays a map provided by OpenStreetMap, a service of the OpenStreetMap Foundation based in the United Kingdom. When that map is displayed, your IP address and technical data from your browser are transmitted to this provider, which is solely responsible for processing them. The map loads only when you scroll down to it: if you never reach it, no data is sent. We use this map solely to show the area we serve, never for analytics or advertising.
Under Law 25, you have a right of access, rectification and deletion of your personal information, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to the privacy officer at info@auxosystems.ca.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may first file a complaint with the privacy officer at info@auxosystems.ca. You also have recourse to Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information, which can receive and review your complaint.
We use only cookies essential to the site's operation, such as remembering your language and your consent choice. No analytics or advertising cookies are enabled. A banner nonetheless lets you manage your preferences.
In the event of a privacy incident presenting a risk of serious harm, Auxo Systems will take reasonable measures to reduce its effects and will inform you, as well as the Commission d'accès à l'information, in accordance with section 3.5 of Law 25. Any incident can be reported to us at info@auxosystems.ca.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
