The problem

A quote sent is a contract waiting. For most contractors, follow-up lives in a memory and an inbox: you chase the ones you remember, forget the rest, and prices expire without anyone noticing.

How it works

Every morning, the "Today" screen shows the amount at stake, replies to handle, follow-ups due and validity periods about to expire. A quote appears in exactly one place, with its buttons. Follow-ups go out from your own inbox, and tracking pauses itself the moment a client replies.

Core capabilities

• Configurable cadence, business days only, bounded sending window
• Three modes: the app prepares and you click, it sends on its own, or it does not chase
• Reply detection by thread, by quote number, then by client address
• Out-of-office replies pause nothing; a bounce pauses automatic sending and tells you
• Reminder before validity expires, and no automatic chase on an expired price
• Conversion stats, delays, follow-up impact and loss reasons

Stated limits

• Internal product: used and proven by Auxo Systems, not yet offered as a subscription
• The Microsoft 365 connection needs an app registration, about five minutes once
• SMTP and IMAP credentials stay in clear text in the local database; Microsoft 365 avoids that trade-off
• The drafting assistant is optional, off by default, and sends outside Quebec once enabled

Technologies

• Next.js and TypeScript, server actions
• SQLite with Drizzle, versioned migrations

• Pure cadence engine, tested independently of the interface
• Docker deployment, database and attachments on the local disk
